Giveaway Rules

Read carefully. By entering, you agree to these Rules.

Eligibility

• Legal U.S. residents, 18+ at entry, legally eligible to own/possess firearms.
• Must pass Sponsor’s background check and sign training/safety waivers before attending any in-person training.
• Must be able to travel to West Virginia for 2026 course dates.
• Excluded: Sponsor employees/contractors, their immediate family/household members.

Membership Requirement (Skin-in-the-Game)

• Active paid membership in The Team Room (Skool, $35/mo) is required to enter and must remain active from entry through November 18, 2025. If you are not a member (or cancel/refund before Nov 18, 2025), you will not be selected—no exceptions. Sponsor will verify membership before judging/award.

1. Entry Period and Cap

• Opens November 3, 2025 at 12:01 a.m. ET; closes November 10, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. ET (“Entry Period”).
• Limited to the first 500 completed applications. Sponsor may close entries once capacity is reached.

How to Enter

• During the Entry Period, join The Team Room (Skool) and complete the official 3-step application at [landing page URL]:
  1. Contact: name, email, mobile, state
  2. Rules + Eligibility acknowledgement (single required checkbox)
  3. Essay (150–300 words): “Why do you deserve to win this training package?”

• Limit one (1) entry per person. Incomplete, duplicate, automated, or unsafe entries may be disqualified.

Essay Content Requirements

• Original, truthful, and specific. No illegal/unsafe/defamatory content; no infringing third-party rights.
• Strong essays address: Mission, Impact, Commitment, Preparedness (can attend in 2026), Story (a moment proving you’re serious).

Judging (Skill-Based; Not Random)

• A panel of three judges scores each eligible entry 1–5 on: Mission Fit, Impact, Commitment, Preparedness, Story Quality.
• Highest total score wins. Tie-breakers: higher Commitment, then Impact, then Sponsor’s discretion.
• Judges’ decisions are final and binding.

Prize (Approximate Retail Value ~ $5,000; 1 Winner)

• Lifetime Membership in The Team Room (Skool) — $299 (annually)
• Precision Rifle — Fundamentals (2-day) — $900
• Precision Rifle — Alternate Positions & Ballistics (2-day) — $1,000
• Precision Rifle — High Angle (3-day) — $1,350
• Extras: 1:1 Marksmanship/Gear consult; 2× virtual coaching sessions; free gun/gear rentals for all courses; rear bag; swag pack (hat, shirt, stickers)
• Scheduling subject to Sponsor’s 2026 calendar and availability. Travel, meals, and transport to/from lodging are not included. No cash alternative; non-transferable; no substitutions except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Winner Announcement and Claim

• One (1) winner announced live November 11, 2025 (Veterans Day/USMC 250th) inside The Team Room (Skool) and notified via email/SMS.
• Winner must be on the live announcement on Nov 11th, 2025 at 10am EST to receive the prize; Sponsor may award to the next highest-scoring entrant.

Conditions; Safety; Disqualification

• Winner and attendees must comply with all safety rules, background checks, and waivers. Unsafe conduct or failure to meet requirements may result in disqualification/forfeiture without substitution.
• Sponsor may disqualify entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, ineligible, or non-compliant with these Rules.

Taxes and Reporting

• Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes and fees. 

Publicity Release

• Where lawful, by entering and/or accepting the prize, you grant Sponsor the right to use your name, city/state, likeness, and essay in advertising and publicity without additional compensation or notice.

Limitation of Liability; Release

• By participating, entrants release Sponsor and its officers, employees, agents, and partners from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of participation or prize use, except where prohibited by law. Firearms training involves inherent risks; winner assumes all risks by signing required waivers.

Privacy

• Information collected is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and used to administer the giveaway and communicate training opportunities.

General Conditions

• Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, legal constraints, or other causes impair its integrity. If terminated, Sponsor may select a winner from eligible entries received prior to action taken.
• Void where prohibited. Governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia; venue exclusively in the state/federal courts of West Virginia

Service Guarantee (Team Room on Skool)

• If your first 30 days in The Team Room bring you zero value, request a refund of your first month by emailing support before Day 30. Note: If you cancel/refund before Nov 18, 2025, you become ineligible for the giveaway. If you wish to retain eligibility and still use the guarantee, Sponsor will process your first-month refund on Nov 18, 2025 upon request. Guarantee applies to Team Room membership fees only.

Instructor Credentials (Authority)

• The Team Room and in-person courses are led and instructed by active-duty U.S. Marine Scout Snipers (including Urban/Mountain-qualified, Course Chief for Scout Sniper Advanced Course, Infantry Weapons Officer, Master Instructors).
