Phil is the owner and founder of Razorback Tactical. He is a native of southern West Virginia, and an active-duty Marine with more than a decade of service and experience in the Scout Sniper community. He has attended and graduated all Marine Corps service level Scout Sniper schools, and several top tier civilian instructed courses.  Phil has served as an instructor for the USMC Scout Sniper Basic, Advanced, and Unit Leader Courses, and served twice as a guest instructor for the British Royal Marine Sniper Course and the Royal Marine Sniper Commander Course in the UK. In 2019 he was selected by the Recon Sniper Foundation as the Scout Sniper Instructor of the year. Phil is a certified NRA instructor and has instructed hundreds of civilians since 2017.

 Bobby is a native of Virginia with over 40 years of firearms exposure. A retired SgtMaj from the Marine Corps with 13 deployments and several advanced firearm and specialty military courses of experience. He is a certified Gunsmith & Range Safety Officer and has instructed hundreds of civilian shooters as an NRA Instructor. Bobby is an avid Hunter and is currently a Virginia Master Angler with an extreme passion for “Bow Fishing”. 

 Tyler currently resides in Pennsylvania and is an avid hunter. He served in the Marine Corps for 6 years, graduating all the Marine Corps Scout Sniper schools and conducting 3 deployments, with the latest being the withdrawal from Afghanistan. In his free time, he likes to shoot Precision Rifle Series competitions. 

Kyle is a 10-year combat veteran and Scout Sniper from Southern New Jersey. He is a graduate of all service level Scout Sniper schools, and numerous high level civilian courses such as Accuracy 1st and Modern Day Sniper. Kyle served as an instructor at the 2nd Marine Division Scout Sniper School where he earned the Instructor of the Year at Advanced Infantry Training Battalion. Kyle has competed twice in the International Sniper Competition and once in the United States Army Special Operations Command Sniper Competition.

 Tyler is a native of Western North Carolina and active-duty Scout Sniper in the Marine Corps. He is a graduate of numerous service level Scout Sniper schools and veteran of multiple deployments. Tyler started doing carbine/pistol firearms instruction at an early age while working at a civilian gun range prior to joining the Marine Corps. Since joining the Scout Sniper community, he has developed a passion for long-range precision shooting and an even greater passion for teaching others. Tyler is currently an instructor at the 2nd Marine Division Scout Sniper School and remains active in shooting all forms of competitions such as USPSA style matches, 2-gun matches, PRS style matches, Quantified performance matches, and team sniper matches.  

 Logan is a native of Eastern Kentucky. He grew up hunting and trapping, developing a love for woodsmanship and firearms at an early age. Logan is an 8-year Marine Corps veteran with deployments to Europe and Afghanistan. During his time as a Marine, Logan served as Infantryman, Scout Sniper, and Scout Sniper Instructor. He is a graduate of all service level Scout Sniper schools, a frequent long-range precision shooting competitor, and a team member of the winning sniper team during the 2023 Grudge Match Sniper Competition against US Army Snipers.
