Course Description
This course provides basic through intermediate pistol employment training in a systematic manner that is available for shooters of all experience levels. Day 1 (CORE Skills) includes the basic fundamentals of pistol safety, employment, and live-fire training primarily on paper targets ranging from 3-40 yards. Day two, (CORE Plus) reinforces the basic skills taught on day 1 while also advancing into intermediate pistol employment techniques and considerations while engaging steel targets.
This course also covers concealed carry firearms training while discussing several state and federal laws, defensive shooting considerations, and provide a course certificate that will qualify most students for concealed carry licenses applicable to multiple states. *All federal, state, and local laws apply.*

Beckley Gun Club Courses:
All personnel attending this course will conduct link-up with the instructor cadre at 0745 each day of the course at the Beckley Gun Club Gate. (Google Maps places the pin on this location)
For each course, more specific details to include a map chit and contact numbers will be provided upon registration.
Required Equipment
- Pistol with Outside the Waistband Holster
- 600 rounds of ammunition (minimum)
- Magazines (3 minimum) with Mag Pouches
- Shooters Belt and OR Chest Rig / Plate Carrier
- Eye and Hearing Protection
- Water Source
- Appropriate clothing (pants and closed toe shoes/boots)
*All required equipment can be rented or loaned from Razorback Tactical*
Pistol/Holster/Mags: $60 for course (Ammo not included)
