LRPRC 3: High Angle, Rapid Engagements, and Movers
Course Description
Coming in 2026
This three-day course puts it all together and ensures the students gain a holistic understanding of their rifle system and the environment with the ability to diagnose problems. Expect to dive deeper into internal and external ballistics, moving targets, rapid target engagements, and high angle shooting in a mountainous environment.
Completion of LRPRC Level 2 or Mountain Rifleman is a pre-requisite for this course.

- Advanced Ballistics and Kestrel Instruction
- Drop Scale Factor, MV Temp Tables, Coriolis Effect
- Hasty Positions / Rapid Firing Position Construction Techniques
- Rapid Target Engagements
- Max Point Blank
- Speed Drop
- Moving Target Engagements
- Skills assessment of all previous Level 1-3 Course Instruction
- Rifle, Optic, Equipment and Shooter Diagnosis

Required Equipment
- Rifle capable of holding 1.0 MOA (1.0 inch group) or smaller at 100 yards
- Optic with modern ranging reticle
- 300 rounds of match grade ammunition (minimum)
- Shooting Tripod
- Rear / Barricade Shooting bag
- Kestrel 5700 Elite
Completion of LRPRC Level 2 or Mountain Rifleman is a pre-requisite for this course.
*All required equipment can be loaned or rented from Razorback Tactical*
Rifle/Optic system rental will come as a complete system to include mags/sling, and bipod available for $200 for the entire course. Ammo not included.
