Long Range Precision Rifle Course, Level 2
Course Description
This Long-Range Precision Rifle course reinforces the lessons learned in the Level 1 course and wastes no time transitioning into advanced concepts and skills such as positional shooting with manmade and natural supports, use of ballistic software / kestrel instruction and chronographs, advanced ballistics instruction, and much more while operating in a mountainous environment with the ability to engage targets beyond 1200 meters.

- Use of Chronographs to determine Muzzle Velocity
- Truing your Muzzle Velocity and or Ballistic Coefficient
- LRPRC Level 1 Recap
- Setup / Use of Kestrel 5700 elite with AB software
- Advanced Ballistics
- Wind Reading in a Mountainous Environment
- Multiple Target Engagements
- Target Engagements from Alternate Positions (Rural and Urban) Boulder, Tree, Roof Top, Wall, etc.
- Tripod Supported Target Engagements
- Accounting for Cold Bore offsets
- Modern Equipment Overview and Live-Fire Demo
Price: $900
Required Equipment
- Rifle capable of holding 1.5 MOA (1.5 inch group) or smaller at 100 yards
- Optic with modern ranging reticle
- 250 rounds of match grade ammunition (minimum)
- Shooting Tripod
- Rear / Barricade Shooting bag
- Kestrel 5700
*All required equipment can be rented from Razorback Tactical*
Rifle/Optic system rental will come as a complete system to include mags, sling, and bipod available for $150 for the entire course. Ammo not included.
