Defensive Pistol Course
Course Description
This course provides basic through intermediate pistol employment training in a systematic manner that is available for shooters of all experience levels. Day 1 includes the basic fundamentals of pistol safety, employment, and live-fire training with Outside the Waistband holsters on paper and steel targets ranging from 3-40 yards. Day two, focuses on the ability to effectively conceal carry a handgun and employ it from a Inside the Waistband holster in stressful environments. This course includes classroom instruction and multiple immersive scenarios to cover applicable state and federal laws, defensive shooting considerations and methods.
Successful completion yields a course certificate that will qualify most students for concealed carry licenses applicable to multiple states. *All federal, state, and local laws apply.*

All personnel attending this course will conduct link-up between 0720-0730 each day of the course at the Courtyard by Mariott, Winchester, Va. (Address: 300 Marriott Drive Winchester, Virginia 22603)

Required Equipment
- Pistol with Outside the Waistband Holster and Inside the Waistband Holster
- 600 rounds of ammunition (minimum)
- Magazines (3 minimum) with Mag Pouches
- Shooters Belt / Waist belt
- Eye and Hearing Protection
- Water Source
- Appropriate clothing (pants and closed toe shoes/boots)
*All required equipment can be rented or loaned from Razorback Tactical*
Pistol/Holster/Mags: $60 for course (Ammo not included)
